Summer Fun Run-5k

Kick-start your summer with an energizing 5K walk or run on the LA AFB Track! Whether you’re aiming for a personal best or just looking to enjoy a morning of movement, this event is for you. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers, as well as the individual with the closest estimated time—but there’s a catch! No watch timers allowed for the estimated time competition.

commanders-cup-gold-g-icon Participants can also earn points for their unit, which goes toward the Commander’s Cup! The Commander’s Cup is a program with the Fitness & Sports Center where units can compete individually or as a team with other units to earn points at select Fitness & Sports events from January through May, culminating at Sport’s Day in June.
