Holiday HAMR Shuttle Competition

Go HAM this holiday season with our High Aerobic Multi-Shuttle Run (HAMR) competition! This high-intensity cardio challenge will test your endurance as you run between two lines, 20 meters apart, keeping up with the increasing speed of the tones.
Think you have what it takes? Bring your friends, push your limits, and see who can last the longest. The top competitor will win a prize!
