SNCO Foundations

This 5-day course is designed to prepare SNCOs for increased responsibilities by developing their leadership capabilities and expanding their understanding of the military profession to achieve national strategic objectives.
Important Notes:
- SNCO Foundations will be #1 priority during class dates
- We will not be performing workplace tasks (contact the PDC for any concerns)
- Date: 11-15 August 2025
- Hours: Day 1: 0745-1630; Day 2-5: 0800-1630
- Uniform: Day 1: Service Dress Blues; Day 2-5: OCPs
To sign-up for this course, register online from June 11 – August 4. Please notify your work center, supervisor/leadership of course dates.
NOTE: If for any reason you are unable to attend, please notify your 1st Sergeant.
