12 Minutes High Intensity Workout
Tip: Before each meal, walk as hard as you can for one minute, followed by gentle strolling for one minute. Repeat 6 times. You can substitute some upper body weightlifting for a couple of the walking sessions. Repeat 4-6 times per week.
